|XPS model built by me based on the character from Resident Evil 3.5|
Graphic file for the entire cast of my hypothetical game pitching Resident Evil: The Mercenaries imagined as a 2d arcade-style run & gun game.
All sprites were made by me.
* I'm gonna be updating it with the respective sections:
Survivors: All the playable characters from the franchise. Each one has their own weapons and skills and unlockable costumes.
Bonus Characters: Playable characters from other Capcom games. Dante has his own exclusive weapons and skills.
Guest Characters: Special playable characters from other survival horror media. Predator has his own exclusive weapons and skills.
Common Enemies: Generic and weakest enemies from the franchise. Some of them can be attacked with melee moves once they get stuned with certain weapons.
Sub-Boses: Enemies harder to kill and do more damage to the player. They can be attacked with melee moves just as the common enemies but they will not fall as such.
Bosses: Hardest enemies and leaders of each stage/wave. Unlike the other enemies the boss-type characters can be attacked with finishers or special moves once stuned with certain weapons.
Supporting Characters: Special characters that once you rescue or help them from certain situations they will join you in the battle as temporary allies. If the player dies they will run away.
**The Merchant still works as a shop character only**
Back-Up Units: Generic soldiers that the player can buy at the Merchant's shop as allies during the entire level. They can be "called" from the inventory using a special Radio item. The players will be able to buy as much units as they want and they come in some variations and factions.
Civilians: Non-combatant characters you will get rewards from by rescuing them from missions or certain challenges. They can't die but they can't defend themselves. If the player dies they wil run away just as the Supporting Characters do.
